About Us

Castlestone is a privately owned business and the Directors, Ron Lask and Sean Lask, have over 75 years of industry experience between them. During this time they have successfully built the company to be an industry leader and have added value to many properties by securing residential planning approvals and overseeing many successful residential conversions and developments.

The company has significant cash reserves and enjoys a reputation for moving swiftly to secure opportunities. They have also forged close working relationships with agents and are respected as being trustworthy and reliable operators.

Ron founded Castlestone in 1963.  He has over 50 years property industry experience.

Sean joined Castlestone in 1996 and specialises in residential developments. 

History of Castlestone

Founded in 1965, Castlestone has been a developer and investor in a wide range of residential and mixed use projects in London and the Home Counties for over 50 years.

Castlestone specialise in acquiring commercial and other non residential properties and creating additional value through enhancing planning and subsequent residential redevelopment.
